An overview of the specific packaging process:
1.The steel strand is hoisted to the slide trolley, the slide trolley has 2 loading stations, the packaging
station of the steel strand winding machine is in place, and the operator sets the number of packing
turns according to the outer diameter of the steel strand coil.
2.The winding machine completes the winding packaging according to the set number of turns;Manually
place the packing belt on the steel strand coil.
3.Finished packing, the belt is manually broken, and the winding machine’s turning ring is reset and
waiting for the next packing;
4.After packing completion, the steel strand winding station trolley is automatically driven out, and the
crane hoist lifts the goods away from the station and into storage.
